HE the Minister of State Dr Hamad bin Abdul Aziz Al Kuwari, represented Qatar on the inauguration ceremony of President Nayib Bukele as President of the Republic of El Salvador.

HE Vice President of the Republic of El Salvador Felix Ulloa, and HE First Lady of the Republic of El Salvador Gabriela de Bukele, met separately with HE the Minister of State Dr Hamad bin Abdul Aziz Al Kuwari.

During the two meetings, they reviewed issues of joint interest.

HE the Minister of State Dr Hamad bin Abdul Aziz Al Kuwari said in an interview with Megavision's Channel 21 on the sidelines of his visit to El Salvador, that the State of Qatar and the Republic of El Salvador have strong relations, and added that the diplomatic representation of the State of Qatar in El Salvador reflected the depth of ties between the two friendly countries. He also said that the State of Qatar is considering the investment opportunities available in the Republic of El Salvador.
