The Qatari Embassy in San Salvador provides a number of consular services
- Issue transit tickets for the new born Qataris abroad.
- Issue transit tickets for Qatari nationals who lose their passports abroad.
- Issuing new passports for Qatari nationals whose passports have expired abroad as a result of long duration study, treatment or training courses)
- Facilitate the return of Qatari nationals into the country in cases of those who lost their passports in countries where there is no Qatari embassy.
- Issue various authorizations for Qatari nationals to facilitate their affairs abroad and also in Qatar.
- Protect and care for the interests of Qatari nationals abroad.
- Stand by Qatari nationals who may have problems abroad and coordinate with accredited lawyers to plead for them, as required.
Visas for Salvadorans citizenship holders - If the applicants holds a diplomatic Passport other tan a Salvadoran he\she does not need to issue a visa.

Ratifications Commercial documents: The Embassy ratifies all commercial invoices, certificates of the facility, waybill for goods sent to Doha and the GCC only after the ratification by the Salvadoran Ministry of Foreign Relations (For inquiries on ratifications rates please contact the Embassy).
