​The State of Qatar and the Republic of El Salvador signed an open skies air transport agreement, allowing the National Carrier to operate any number of passenger and cargo flights, with full traffic rights. The Agreement was signed by HE, Mr. Abdulla bin Nasser Turki Al-Subaey, QCAA Chairman, on behalf of the State of Qatar; and HE Mr. Hugo Martinez , Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The signing ceremony was attended by HE Mr. Alfredo Arturo, Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador to the State of Qatar. The agreement is open to passengers and cargo.
