The Embassy of the State of Qatar accredited to the Republic of El Salvador organized, on December 16, 2024, at the Hilton Hotel in the capital San Salvador, a reception on the occasion of the National Day of the State of Qatar.

The reception was attended by many dignitaries and officials in the Republic of El Salvador, in addition to members of the diplomatic and consular corps accredited to the country and parliamentarians, then the rest of the invited guests of honor.

Among the senior officials who attended the reception can be mentioned: His Excellency Mr. Ernesto Castro Aldana - President of the Legislative Council of the Republic of El Salvador; His Excellency Mr. Felix Ulloa - Vice President of the Republic of El Salvador; His Excellency Mr. Luis Javier Suarez Magaña - Judge Delegate to the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador; and His Excellency Mr. Monsignor Luigi Roberto Cuna - Papal Nuncio to El Salvador and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps accredited to the Republic of El Salvador.
