The Chargé d'Affaires has participated recently in the inauguration of the International Seminar "Impacts of Climate Change on Human Rights from multiple discriminations", organized by the Office of the Human Rights Procurator in El Salvador.

This seminar was attended by the Qatari delegation headed by Mr. Sultan Al Jammali, Secretary General of the National Human Rights Commission in the State of Qatar.

His Excellency Felix Ulloa, Vice President of El Salvador, Ms. Raquel Caballero, Human Rights Procurator, were attended as well as 30 delegations representing human rights commissions and organizations in the different countries.
