On Wednesday, December 14th, the Embassy of the State of Qatar in El Salvador organized a reception to commemorate the National Day of Qatar, which took place at the Sheraton Presidente Hotel, in San Salvador.
The event was attended by many Salvadoran senior officials, as well as members of the diplomatic representations accredited to the country. H.E. Magistrate Oscar Alberto López Jerez, President of the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador, and H.E. the Vice president, Dr.Felix Ulloa, were present during the event.
The reception was also attended by a former Salvadoran player and one of the most outstanding personalities in international soccer, Mr. Jorge "el Mágico" González.
This event coincided with the celebration of the semi-final of the Qatar-FIFA 2022 World Cup, between the teams of Morocco and France.
