H.E. Fahad bin Salem Al Marri - Chargé d'Affaires a.i. - participated yesterday in the inauguration of the International Conference on State and Democracy, chaired by His Excellency the Vice President of the Republic of El Salvador, Dr. Felix Ulloa.

During this event, H.E the Vice President of the Republic addressed his opening speech to more than a thousand participants who attended this event.
